The private placement of Deutsche Börse AG shares was successful: On Thursday all 9,042,880 million Deutsche Börse shares of the base deal where placed at a price of 44 Euro per share with institutional investors in Europe and the US. Deutsche Börse raised a total of around 400 million Euro before commissions and cost.
