  • Meeting Of The Board Of Oslo Børs On 21 August 2002

    At a meeting held today, the Board of Oslo Børs resolved to impose a violation charge of NOK 100,000 on Ocean Rig ASA for breaching the duty of disclosure. At the same meeting the Board rejected an application to delete shares in Jøtul ASA from listing, and upheld its earlier decision to impose a violation charge of NOK 750,000 on Fearnley Fonds ASA. In addition the Board agreed to admit DSND Inc. (Formerly DSND Subsea ASA) to listing on the Main List following the restructuring of the company.

    Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. (CME) has announced the following trading schedule for the Labor Day holiday:Friday, Aug. 30: All interest rate, foreign exchange and commodity futures and options on futures and GSCI® futures traded on CME's trading floors close at noon Central time (except commodity options, which close at 12:02 p.m.). Equity products close at the regular time of 3:15 p.m.

  • CBOT To Waive Fees For Dow Stock Index Prods. For 4th Quarter

    The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOTÒ) today announced a fourth quarter 2002 exchange fee waiver for all participants in Dow Jones stock index products as well as pricing adjustments for 2003. These pricing adjustments play an integral role in the Exchange's ongoing efforts to develop the Dow Jones product complex. Volume in the complex to date is up more than 43% from 2001 levels.
