The American Stock Exchange Reports Increase In Short Interest

The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) member and non-member organizations yesterday reported short interest of 501,827,006 shares as of the March 15 settlement date, an increase of 41,819,521 from the 460,007,485 (adjusted) reported in mid-February.
