    Euronext.liffe, the derivatives business of Euronext, traded a total of 58.8 million contracts during the month of May. Average daily volume amounted to 2.6 million contracts, which represents an underlying nominal daily value of €636 billion, confirming Euronext.liffe's position as the world's second largest derivatives exchange in terms of value.
