    Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Monday, May 3, 2004: As a result of a Plan of Arrangement, Strongbow Resources Inc. (TSXVN:SR) will change its name to Strongbow Exploration Inc. and will trade under the new ticker symbol “SBW” and new CUSIP 863363 10 7. The shares of the company will be consolidated.     Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index changes effective after the close of business on Tuesday, May 4, 2004: The shareholders of AltaGas Services Inc. (TSX:ALA) have approved a plan whereby the company will be converted into an income trust, AltaGas Energy Trust. As a result, AltaGas Services Inc. will be removed from the S&P/TSX Composite and Capped Composite, the S&P/TSX SmallCap and the S&P/TSX Capped Energy Indices.
