Super Group Ltd. (EMDB Code 696638.1/Sedol 6079800) will increase its shares outstanding by 40.2684 million shares effective August 25, 2004. The share increase reflects the recent acquisition of Mica Plus, an unlisted company in South Africa. If the above share increase had occurred on August 10, 2004, the S&P/IFCI market weight would have increased to 0.51% from 0.46%.

Nymex To Launch Monthly Natural Gas Index And Daily Swing Futures Contracts

The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., today announced that it will introduce trading in monthly natural gas index and daily natural gas swing swap futures contracts for six delivery locations on its NYMEX ClearPortsm electronic platform beginning with the August 23 trading session, which starts at 7 PM, August 22.

KMart Holding Corporation To Join The NASDAQ-100 Index - Beginning August 19, 2004

KMart Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: KMRT) of Troy, Michigan, will become a component of the NASDAQ-100 Index® (NASDAQ: NDX), effective at the beginning of trading Thursday, August 19, 2004. KMart will also be included in the NASDAQ-100 Index Tracking StockSM (Amex: QQQ). KMart Holding Corporation will replace PanAmSat Corporation (NASDAQ: SPOT), which is to be acquired by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P., subject to shareholder approval and other closing conditions.

The first three reserve candidates are Tessenderlo, CMB and Deceuninck.
