Resolutions From OMX’s Extraordinary General Meeting

As a result of OMX AB’s public offer to the shareholders of Copenhagen Stock Exchange A/S, it was resolved at an extraordinary general meeting of OMX shareholders on February 3, 2005 to authorize the Board of Directors to decide on the issuance of not more than 7,007,347 shares, entailing an increase in the company’s share capital of not more than SEK 14,014,694.

Deutsche Börse AG will continue to operate the trading system of the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE), as the two companies announced on Thursday. Ahead of schedule, the ISE and Deutsche Börse agreed to extend the Xetra agreement, due to terminate at the end of 2005, by a further five years to expire 2010.
