SEC: Fee Rate Advisory #3 For Fiscal Year 2005

Starting tomorrow, Oct. 1, 2004, the Securities and Exchange Commission will operate under a continuing resolution that will extend through Nov. 20, 2004. During this period, fees paid under Section 6(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 and Sections 13(e), 14(g) and 31 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 will remain at their current rates.

Sydney Futures Exchange experienced the largest monthly transaction volume on record in September for the SFE 30 Day Interbank Cash Rate Futures contract. The total monthly volume was 100,914 contracts, up 55% compared to the previous monthly record of 64,965 contracts set in August 2004.
