Palestine Securities Exchange: Trading Hours

The Palestine Securities Exchange will extend its trading hours as of Wednesday, 01/12/2004. The "Continuous Trading" stage will be two hours instead of one hour from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The trading sessions will remain five sessions a week from Sunday to Thursday.

ICAP Begins Live Electronic Trading Of EONIAS On I-Swap Utilising Computershare’s X-Stream Electronic Trading System

Computershare Markets Technology today welcomed the announcement that ICAP plc, the world’s largest interdealer broker, has begun electronic auto-trading of short term interest rate swaps called EONIAS (Euro Overnight Index Average Swaps). EONIAS have been traded on ICAP’s i-Swap system, since the 1st of September. i-Swap is based on Computershare’s X-stream electronic trading system.

Futures & Options On The RTS Stock Exchange Derivatives Market

For the week of November 15th – November 19th, 2004, total trading volume on FORTS (Futures & Options on the RTS) reached 8 035 million rubles and 888 thousand contracts. Total open interest as of November 19th, 2004, increased by 12% in rubles and 11% in contracts and equaled 12 507 million rubles and 1 415 thousand contracts.

Changes In The TOCOM Rubber Market 2004

TOCOM will make the following two major changes to its rubber futures contract. 1. Trading method will be changed from the floor-based "Itayose Trading" to the computerized "Systems Trading".
