Singapore Commodity Exchange: Changes To The RSS3 Contract Specifications On 21 June 2004

SICOM will be changing the lot size of the RSS3 Contract from 5 metric tonnes to 20 metric tonnes for the single month contracts. The quarter month contracts will be correspondingly changed from 15 metric tonnes to 60 metric tonnes. The delivery units will be in multiples of 20 metric tonnes. PEAK6 Launches Trading Post On Pacific Exchange

OMHEX Rejects Lawsuit On Further VAT Repayment In Finland

HEX Integrated Markets Ltd and Finnish Central Securities Depository Ltd (APK), subsidiaries of OMHEX AB, have been sued by 22 banks and brokerage firms in Finland. The claim, amounting to about EUR 5 million plus interest, is related to value added tax that the banks and brokerage firms paid to Helsinki Exchanges and APK for trading and clearing services during the years 1995-2000.
