Investors Want To Choose Trade Types Themselves, So Shows New User Survey From The Copenhagen Stock Exchange
When it comes to securities trading, the users of the Exchange's website want to choose themselves whether to trade securities at a limit price, an average price, as an immediate transaction1 or an on-exchange trade where the investor's order enters the trading system and moves into the market directly. This is one of the results from a survey among the CSE users.

CME Adds Serial Months To Live Cattle Futures Contract
The Board of Directors of Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. (CME) has approved the addition of serial (odd) months to the live cattle futures contract. Live cattle futures will begin trading 12 months per year, with the additional serial month contracts of January, March, May, July, September and November listed approximately 120 days prior to expiration.

Chicago Mercantile Exchange Plans Trading Of Russell 1000® Index Futures
Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. (CME) and Frank Russell Company today announced plans to launch futures contracts based on the Russell 1000® Index. The Russell 1000 is composed of the top 1,000 U.S.-incorporated stocks based on market capitalization.

Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In The S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index
Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Thursday, March 6, 2003: Strategic Vista International Inc. (TSXVN:SVI) will be removed from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index. The shares of the company will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange at that time. The company will graduate to the TSX to trade under the symbol "SVI" effective at the opening of trading on Friday, March 7, 2003.

Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In S&P/TSX Canadian Indices
Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index change effective after the close of business on Thursday, March 6, 2003: The relative weight of Viking Energy Royalty Trust (TSX: VKR.UN) will increase by approximately 0.58% in the S&P/TSX Canadian Income Trust Index and by approximately 1.28% in the S&P/TSX Canadian Energy Trust Index. The relative weight change reflects an adjustment to the float trust units of the income trust due to the issuance of units.
