Vilnius Stock Exchange To Reduce Transaction Fees Further

From January 24 of this year, new amendments to the Trading rules of the Vilnius Stock Exchange (VSE) according to which the trading fees for share transactions will be reduced from 0.08% to 0.07% of the trade value will come into effect.

SGX Extends CEO’s Contract

The Board of Directors of the Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX) is pleased to announce the extension of the service contract of its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr Hsieh Fu Hua. Mr Hsieh’s current term of service expires on 28 February 2006. The SGX Board has decided to replace his contract with a new one which will extend Mr Hsieh’s term of service to 31 December 2007.
