The Annual General Meeting of Euronext N.V. shareholders held on Tuesday 23 May 2006 approved: The distribution of a gross ordinary dividend of €1 per share to be paid on 30 May 2006. Euronext shares will be traded ex-ordinary dividend as of the market opening on Monday 29 May 2006. The extraordinary distribution of €3 per share by way of repayment of €3 in share capital to be paid on Friday 11 August, with ex-date on the market opening on Thursday 10 August 2006.
