Standard & Poor's Announces Changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index
Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index: Effective after the close on Thursday, July 25, 2002, Cancoil Integrated Services Inc. (TSXVN: CAN) will change its name to Technicoil Corporation (TSXVN: TEC). The new CUSIP number is 878519 10 7. There is no consolidation of capital. SEC Approves Pilot NASD Alternative Display Facility - Sets Meeting To Consider SuperMontage Conditions
The Securities and Exchange Commission today approved a proposal by the National Association of Securities Dealers Inc. to operate the Alternative Display Facility (ADF) on a pilot basis until April 24, 2003, for Nasdaq securities only.
