The American Stock Exchange (Amex) announced today that it has launched trading in shares of PowerShares DB G10 Currency Harvest Fund (Ticker: DBV), the first fund linked to an enhanced currency index to be listed on a U.S. stock exchange.

CME Names Market Makers For Korean Won Futures

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Friday, September 15, 2006: Sydney Resource Corporation (TSXVN:SYR) will be removed from the index. The company will merge with Band-Ore Resources Ltd. (TSX:BAN) to form West Timmins Mining Inc. (TSX:WTM).
