Larry Bergmann, Senior Associate Director In The Division Of Market Regulation, To Retire From SEC

Larry E. Bergmann, Senior Associate Director in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Market Regulation, announced that he will retire from the SEC in January. Bergmann will join the law firm of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in its Washington office.

Joy Global Inc. To Join The NASDAQ-100 Index Beginning January 4, 2006

Joy Global Inc. (Nasdaq: JOYG) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, will become a component of the NASDAQ-100 Index(R) (Nasdaq: NDX), prior to market open on Wednesday, January 4, 2006. Joy Global will replace Mercury Interactive Corporation (Nasdaq: MERQE). Joy Global will also be included in the NASDAQ-100 Index Tracking Stock(SM) (Nasdaq: QQQQ).
