    On 18 January 2005, the SWX Swiss Exchange announced that it had instigated preliminary investigations into Swissquote Group Holding Ltd. (Swissquote) in connection with a possible breach of ad-hoc publicity regulations.     The 23 listed companies on the mai (Market for Alternative Investment) recently announced their 2004 operational performances. In 2004, the mai listed companies collectively recorded THB1.035 bln. (approx. USD 25.875 mln.) in net profits, equivalent to an average 29% growth. The mai listed firms were led by four companies - Interlink Communication Pcl. (ILINK), CM Organizer Pcl. (CMO), Unique Mining Service Pcl., and Porn Prom Metal Pcl. having 344%, 205%, 188% and 150% growths respectively.
