Amendment To The Quarterly Rebalancing For S&P Latin America 40 Index

Standard & Poor's, is revising the previously announced share update, as part of the quarterly rebalancing for two securities in the S&P Latin America 40 Index. ABN AMRO issued a 500,000 close end certificates with a price of 7.14 Euro per certificate, worth 3,570,000 Euro, to be listed and traded on Borsa Italiana effective the 15th of June 2006. The certificates will mature after 4 years on June 18th, 2010.
