International Securities Exchange Holdings Announces Date Of Second Quarter 2007 Earnings Release

The International Securities Exchange Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ISE) announced today that it will issue its earnings release for the second quarter of 2007 before the market opens on Tuesday, August 7, 2007. Shortly after its earnings release, ISE will file its Form 10-Q. ISE will not host an earnings conference call or webcast.
