Yesterday Euronext.liffe launched American-style options on the Dutch company SNS REAAL N.V., bringing the number of equity options listed in Amsterdam to 48.

The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT®) today announced plans to expand its short-term interest rate product offerings, introducing electronically traded Binary Options contracts based upon the Target Federal Funds rate. The contracts are expected to launch on July 12, 2006.
