Corporate Governance: European Commission Creates European Forum To Promote Convergence In Europe
The European Commission has set up a European Corporate Governance Forum to examine best practices in Member States with a view to enhancing the convergence of national corporate governance codes and providing advice to the Commission. The Forum comprises fifteen senior experts from various professional backgrounds (issuers, investors, academics, regulators, auditors, etc.) whose experience and knowledge of corporate governance are widely recognized at European level.

Copenhagen Stock Exchange: Share Trading Beats All-Time High From 2000
The value of share trading this year reached an all-time high last week with DKK 455 billion and thus beat the record share trading volume from 2000. The share trading for the full year is now expected to arrive at well over DKK 500 billion.

CME Launches Implied Butterfly Spread Functionality For Electronic Trading Of CME Eurodollars - New Implied “Out” Trading Functionality For Trading Futures Represents An Industry First
CME, the largest U.S. futures exchange, announced today that it has launched new implied butterfly spread trading functionality for CME Eurodollars on Globex®, the exchange’s electronic trading platform. The new butterfly spread functionality is similar to what currently exists for electronic Eurodollar calendar trades, but now allows users to more efficiently establish and liquidate butterfly positions within the first three years of the yield curve.

CBOT® Announces Launch Of Liquidity Analyzer For Organizing Futures And Options Trade Data - Application Allows Traders To Manage Data From CBOT's Liquidity Data Bank
The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) announced today the launch of the Liquidity Analyzer, a software application that allows market users to organize and display trade data from the exchange's Liquidity Data Bank (LDB). The LDB, a CBOT market data file with timely information about recent trading activity, is one of the exchange's proprietary data products used by customers to design trading strategies.
