Winnipeg Commodity Exchange FCM Customer Initial Margins

The following initial and maintenance margins apply to non-participant speculative accounts held with FCMs. Non-participants holding hedge based positions may apply for a hedge exemption under Rule 4E.08. The minimum margin level under the hedge exemption is the clearinghouse margin.
Standard & Poor’s Announces Changes To The S&P/HKEx GEM Index

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/HKEx GEM Index. The adjustments involve share and IWF changes and will become effective after the close of trading on Wednesday March 7, 2007. DGCX Volumes Set A New High – 7634 Contracts Traded

DGCX set a new record yesterday for the highest number of contracts traded per day since inception. A total of 7634 contracts valued at $206.76 million were traded surpassing the previous record of 6954 contracts achieved on January 3, 2007. The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT®) today announced that it set an all-time record for trading volume Tuesday, as total Exchange volume surpassed 11 million contracts. The new CBOT volume record, 11,196,830 contracts, was 44 percent better than the previous all-time record, 7,791,833 contracts, set on November 28, 2006.

Roberts, the former General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of McAfee, Inc., with securities fraud for wrongfully re-pricing McAfee stock option grants awarded to him and others in an effort to secretly increase the value of the grants.
