CBOE Announces 2007 Third Quarter Financial Results - Total Revenues Of $96.8 Million Increases 53% Over 2006 On Record Trading Volume Of 260 Million Contracts

The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) announced that its unaudited pre-tax profit for the three-month period ending September 30, 2007 was $41.2 million, compared with pre-tax profit of $16.3 million for the same period a year ago. Net income for the third quarter was $22.7 million, compared with $9.1 million for the third quarter in 2006. Dalian Commodity Exchange: RBD Palm Oil Delivery Spot Set In Guangzhou

The Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) recently disclosed delivery locations for RBD palm oil contracts. Tianjin, Shanghai and Guangzhou proper have been chosen, with Guangzhou being the base.

Developing Global Framework For Capital Markets Transactions Can Be Taken In Steps - SIFMA And IIAC Urge G7 To Support Facilitation Of Cross-Border Business

The Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) and the Investment Industry Association of Canada (IIAC) called on the G7 today to explore global regulatory structures in order to address the increasingly global nature of financial markets. Specifically, the associations believe that exemptions from local licensing requirements should be provided for global firms’ cross-border transactions with institutional investors.

Rollover Of Leading Contract Month For Three-month Euroyen Futures - Effective From 17 October 2007

(NYSE: ISE) announced today that it will issue its earnings release for the third quarter of 2007 before the market opens on Tuesday, November 6, 2007. I want to thank you, Governor Liu, and your delegation, for having made this long trip. The first meeting in Shanghai in 2005 was a success and I am sure it will be the same today. China and the EU have much to share. Much to develop together.
