Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited (HKFE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), announced that with effect from the commencement of trading on Friday, 8 December 2006, the minimum margins to be collected by an Exchange Participant from its clients in respect of their dealings in the following futures contract will be as outlined in the table below. The adjustments are based on the clearing company's normal procedures and standard margining methodology.

Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In The S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Wednesday, December 6, 2006: InterRent International Properties Inc. (TSXVN:IIP) will continue to trade under the new name "InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust", new ticker symbol "IIP.UN" and the new CUSIP number 46071W 10 6. The shares will also be consolidated on the basis of 1 new trust unit for every ten common shares.
