    Borsa Italiana signed a binding agreement for the acquisition of a 90% stake of Servizio Titoli SpA, whose current shareholders are Byte Software House SpA (50.5%), Business Solutions SpA (27.2%), Pirelli SpA (12.4%) and Gemina SpA (9.9%). Fiat Group will mantain a 10% stake in the company.
