    The notice of quarterly report by the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) says that the listed companies should complete disclosure of their 1st quarter reports before April 30, 2007. The quarterly reports require that all listed companies should, according to the requirements of the new accounting standards, work out new accounting policies and new accounting estimations as their accounting basis in 2007.     The Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) today announced the US securities industry had a record breaking year in 2006, reporting full-year profits of $33.1 billion – 88.2% above the $17.6 billion earned in 2005, and 4.7% above the previous record of $31.6 billion in 2000.
