(NYSE: NYX) today announced that Mike Cormack, Executive Vice President for electronic trading and new products, will be stepping down from his current position to become a senior consultant to the company in early 2007. Mr. Cormack and his family plan to relocate to Vancouver , British Columbia , Canada . His day-to-day responsibilities will be assumed by Senior Vice President Paul Adcock, who will become Executive Vice President, Operations, NYSE Arca.

Securities Industry Automation Corporation (SIAC) Chief Executive Officer Marianne C. Brown has submitted her resignation to the SIAC board of directors, effective October 20, in order to assume a senior management position with an undisclosed corporation. Upon her departure, Jerry Putnam, SIAC Chairman and President and co-Chief Operating Officer, NYSE Group, Inc. (NYSE: NYX) will assume the role of interim CEO and Thomas Demchak, Senior Vice President, will become Chief Operating Officer.
