Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes to the S&P/ASX 50 Index effective after the close of trading on Tuesday, June 5, 2007, pending court approval: Asciano Ltd. (Australia, GICS 20304010, SEDOL to be confirmed) will be added to the S&P/ASX 50. This change is due to the Toll Group restructure, which will see the spin-off of the infrastructure assets of Toll Holdings Ltd. Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index changes: On Friday, May 25th, 2007, the shareholders of CryptoLogic Inc. (TSX:CRY) approved the redomicile of the company to Guernsey. As a result, CryptoLogic Inc. will be removed from the S&P/TSX SmallCap and Equity SmallCap Indices effective after the close on Thursday, May 31, 2007. Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Tuesday, May 29, 2007: Vena Resources Inc. (TSXVN:VEM) will be removed from the index. The company will graduate to the TSX and will trade under the same ticker symbol.
