The Thai finance minister will preside over the inauguration of Thailand’s futures exchange on April 28, and witnessed by representatives from financial institutions and capital market institutions in Thailand and overseas. Texas Brokerage Firm Salomon Grey Financial Expelled For Widespread Violations Of NASD Rules - Firm's Owner, Kyle Browning Rowe, Permanently Barred

NASD announced today that it has expelled Dallas-based brokerage firm Salomon Grey Financial Corporation from the securities industry and barred its owner and former president, Kyle Browning Rowe, over charges of extensive supervisory failures, anti-money laundering violations, email retention violations, customer complaint reporting violations and unauthorized searches of NASD's Central Registration Depository (CRD).

Standard & Poor’s Announces Changes In The S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Thursday April 27, 2006: Medsurge Medical Products Corp. (TSXVN:MSR) will change its name to CRH Medical Corporation. The company will trade under the new ticker symbol “CRM” and the new CUSIP number 12626F 10 5. There is no consolidation of capital.

The Spanish National Securities Commission, the CNMV, yesterday unveiled the eprospectus, which represents a significant step forward in the work started by the CNMV in partnership with AIAF in early 2005 in the task force to enhance the competitiveness of the fixed-income markets, according to the deputy chairman of the CNMV, Carlos Arenillas.

The Annual General Meeting of Eurex Zürich AG appointed Peter Gomez as member of the Supervisory Board on Thursday. Gomez is designated Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SWX Swiss Exchange, which jointly owns Eurex with Deutsche Börse.
