Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings Inc. (NYSE, Nasdaq: CME) today reported a 26 percent increase in total revenues to $281 million and a 35 percent increase in net income to $103 million for fourth-quarter 2006 compared with fourth-quarter 2005. Income before income taxes was up 36 percent to $171 million. Diluted earnings per share rose 33 percent to $2.91 from $2.18.
