Thai Bourse Maintains Minimum Brokerage Fee At 0.25% For 3 More Years

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) Board resolved today (May 24) to maintain the minimum brokerage fee for a further three years, commencing January 14, 2007, Ms. Patareeya Benjapolchai, SET Executive Vice-President announced. (The minimum brokerage fee has been in effect from January 14, 2002, and was due to end January 13, 2007.) Stockholm Stock Exchange’s Disciplinary Committee Fines Wise Group (Formerly Sign On)

Wise Group AB, formerly Sign On i Stockholm AB, has breached the company’s listing agreement with the Stockholm Stock Exchange by not providing sufficient information in a press release. The Stockholm Stock Exchange’s Disciplinary Committee has decided to fine Wise Group SEK 384,000.

RTS Starts Trading In Contracts For Oil And Oil Products

"Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange starts trading in contracts for oil and oil products. Effective June 8th, 2006, the following contracts will be traded on FORTS (Futures&Options on RTS) – cash-settled futures and options on Urals oil, diesel oil, aviation oil and black oil. Contracts with settlement in July, August, September 2006, etc up until June 2007 will start trading simultaneously.
