Agreement Between SWX Swiss Exchange And AGEN Holding SA

The SWX Swiss Exchange and AGEN Holding SA have reached an agreement with regard to the company’s violations of IFRS in its consolidated financial statements 2006. The deficiencies identified by SWX relate to the incorrect recognition of share-based payments as well as the rule inconsistent calculation and disclosure of an impairment charge. AGEN Holding SA will retroactively correct and disclose these errors in its consolidated financial statements 2007 as well as in its semi-annual report 2

The Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the MICEX have signed the General Agreement of Cooperation in the sphere of development of the commodity and stock markets in the Nizhny Novgorod Region. The Agreement was signed today in Nizhny Novgorod by the Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and Chairman of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Valery Shantsev and President of the MICEX Alexander Potemkin.

The Brazilian Mercantile and Futures Exchange, BM&F, closed the year 2007 with 426.36 million contracts traded. This number represents an increase of 50.35% in relation to the 283.57 million contracts traded in 2006. The markets with the best performance in 2007 were Interest Rate, Dollar, and Bovespa Index futures. SIFMA Primary Dealers Survey Forecasts Higher Net Total Treasury Issuance This Quarter - Treasury Rates To Slowly Rise During First Half Of 2008

Total net Treasury bill, note and bond issuance is expected to be $125 billion during the first quarter of this year, higher than last quarter and a year ago, according to the median responses to a survey conducted by the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA). The projected rise of net issuance is consistent with an anticipated jump in the FY 2008 federal budget deficit brought about by the slowing economy.
