The investment funds industry could save 25 percent of processing costs and gain over € 250 million by streamlining trading, settlement and custody of cross border mutual funds distribution. This is the result of a study by Deloitte in partnership with Clearstream, the international central securities depository within the Deutsche Börse Group, released at Fund Forum this week in Monaco.

Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index changes: On Wednesday, July 4th, 2007, the unitholders of CanWest MediaWorks Income Fund (TSX:CWM.UN) accepted the $CDN9.00 per unit cash offer from CanWest Global Communications Corp. (TSX:CGS). As a result, CanWest MediaWorks Income Fund will be removed from the S&P/TSX SmallCap Index effective after the close on Wednesday, July 11, 2007.

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Wednesday, July 4, 2007: Sutcliffe Resources Ltd. (TSXVN:SR) will change its name to Zoloto Resources Ltd. The company will trade under the new ticker symbol ZR and the new CUSIP number 98977K 10 8. There is no consolidation of capital.
