The Nordic Exchange Reduces Fees On Trade Reporting

As of April 2, 2007, the OMX Nordic Exchange will reduce its fees related to cash equity trades reported to the Stockholm, Copenhagen and Helsinki Stock Exchanges. The fees for trade reporting will be harmonized and reduced by approximately 50 percent.

SWX Swiss Exchange Fines Eastern Property Holdings Limited

The SWX Swiss Exchange (SWX) has issued a fine against Eastern Property Holdings Limited, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, in the amount of CHF 15’000 together with publication of that fact as a result of the company’s violation of provisions of the Listing Rules. The decision by the Disciplinary Commission of the SWX relates to the non-observance of reporting deadlines for the disclosure of management transactions in accordance with Art. 74a of the Listing Rules.

MICEX Index Has Reached 1627 Points, A Record High

On Friday, 15 December, at the close of trading in securities on the MICEX Stock Exchange, the value of the MICEX Index reached 1627.69 points, having exceeded the previous maximum of 1616.32 points registered on 10 May 2006. Thus, since the beginning of 2006, the MICEX Index has grown by 61%.
