HKEx: Forfeiture Of Unclaimed Interim Dividend For 2001

Pursuant to the Articles of Association of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), the unclaimed interim dividend for 2001 will be forfeited and will revert to the company on 15 October 2007.

Shenzhen Stock Exchange: SMEs Present Handsome Interim Results

As the disclosure of listed firms’ interim reports wrapped up smoothly, the latest statistics about the 164 Shenzhen-listed SMEs show that in the first six months into this year, they realized an average business revenue of 552 million yuan, up 28.92% year on year and 36.82 million yuan in net profit, a year-on-year increase of 32.25%. The average EPS and ROE of these firms reached 0.22 yuan and 6.69%.
