On December 13th, 2007 on FORTS (Futures and Options on RTS) there was registered a record trading volume of futures. By the trading results of the day, the trading volume made up 126,7 billion rubles or 5,2 billion dollars.

SGX: Catalist Rules And Name Change To Take Effect On 17 December 2007

Following the announcement by Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX) on 26 November 2007, the rules for Catalist, SGX’s sponsor-supervised listing platform for fast growing companies, will take effect on Monday, 17 December 2007. On the same day, SGX’s second board, SESDAQ, will be renamed Catalist.

OMX Strengthens The Nordic Capital Market - Reduces Fees On Equity Trading

OMX will strengthen the competitiveness of the Nordic capital market and the Nordic Exchange by reducing its cash equity trading fees. As of January 1, 2008, the fees for cash equity trading will be reduced by 20 percent on average in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Helsinki. The changes in the fee structure are introduced in order to further increase liquidity and boost trading on the Nordic Exchange.
