CNPCAM and CCX have signed a memorandum of understanding to create a joint venture company to explore the feasibility and implementation of an emissions trading platform in China. Details of the collaboration will be defined in the coming months.

NYSE Euronext (NYX) will announce earnings for the fourth quarter and full-year 2007, ending Dec. 31, 2007, before the market opens on Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2008. A news release will be issued at approximately 2:00 a.m. (New York)/8:00 a.m. (Paris) and a conference call with remarks by NYSE Euronext senior management will begin at 8:00 a.m. (New York)/2:00 p.m. (Paris).

In addition to continuing to provide traditional clearing services to multiple exchanges and marketplaces, the reconstituted CCorp will expand its product line to include a centralized clearing facility

CME Group, the world's largest and most diverse exchange, announced today that the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has granted CME, a CME Group Company, the status of a Recognized Body within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The DFSA is the independent, integrated regulatory authority responsible for the regulation of all financial and ancillary services conducted in or from the DIFC.

International Securities Exchange Holdings Inc. has been deleted from the FTSE/Mondo Visione Exchanges Index following the completion of the acquisition of ISE by Eurex. This change which was effective at the opening of trading on Thursday December 20, 2007, decreases the number of components in the FTSE/Mondo Visione Exchanges Index from 21 to 20
