Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus, S&P Euro and S&P Global 100 indices, effective after the close of trading on Monday 14 July 2008: Fortis (Belgium, SEDOL: 7266139, GICS: Financials, GICS Code: 40201020), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus, S&P Euro and S&P Global 100 indices, shares will increase to 2,351,600,000 following a placement of shares to institutional investors.
