The trading volume of white sugar futures contracts on Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange (ZCE) hit a new high at 4610750 contracts set on Oct. 23, 2008, exceeding the last record of 4563212 contracts set on Oct. 16, 2008.

Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange Set Rapeseed Oil Futures Open Interest Record

On Oct. 23, 2008, the open interest of the rapeseed oil futures contract on ZCE (Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange) peaked at 113218 contracts, surpassing the previous record of 109060 contracts set on Oct. 22, 2008.

The Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) today welcomed the decision of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in Morrison v. National Australia Bank, Ltd.
