Changes To The Prime Market Rules Of The Vienna Stock Exchange

The Vienna Stock Exchange revised the Prime Market Rules in agreement with the Special Government Representative for the Capital Market, Richard Schenz, and Aktienforum with the aim of improving transparency and the disclosure of information to investors in the premium segment of the Vienna Stock Exchange. The amendments enter into force as of 1 June 2008.

Lyxor International Asset Management ("Lyxor AM"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Societe Generale, and Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. ("TSE") today announce the listing of the Lyxor ETF Japan (TOPIX®) on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited ("HKEx"). This is the first Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) in Hong Kong based on the Tokyo Stock Price Index (TOPIX®).

In May 2008, the number of trades executed on Xetra® reached 14.4 million transactions – up more than 6 percent compared to May 2007 with 13.5 million trades. Order book turnover on Xetra recorded €144.8 billion (May 2007: €198.5 billion). On Xetra and the Frankfurt floor €141.9 billion were turned over in German equities and €7.1 billion in foreign shares. Eurex: Trading Volumes Up By 24.5 Percent In May 194.6 million Contracts Traded - Average Daily Trading Volume Of 9.3 Million Contracts

The international derivatives exchange Eurex reported today that in May 2008 trading volumes reached 194.6 million contracts (May 2007: 156.3 million), an increase of 24.5 percent year-on-year. Average daily trading volume at Eurex was 9.3 million contracts (May 2007: 7.1 million). BOX Promotes Liquidity In Most Liquid Names –Additional Tiers For Make Or Take Pricing To Reflect Cost & Liquidity Formation

The Boston Options Exchange (BOX) announced today the creation of a tiered structure for make or take pricing in the three most liquid penny names (QQQQ, SPY, IWM). The change lowers rates to $.15/$.30 for market makers and $.10/$.30 for non-market makers. The current rate on all BOX make or take names is $.30/$.45 for market makers and $.25/$.45 for non-market makers.

Shenzhen Stock Exchange: Annual Report Review For 2007

SZSE announced to have finished the annual report view for 2007. SZSE paid special attention to implementation of new accounting codes, effectiveness of interior control system, trading of restricted shares, stock incentive scheme and income disclosure of senior management.
