IWF Change For Repsol YPF S.A. In The S&P European Indices
Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, effective after the close of trading on Wednesday 03 January 2007: Repsol YPF S.A. (Spain, SEDOL: 5669354, GICS: Energy, GICS Code: 10102010), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, IWF will change to 0.7693 following the acquisition of 6.88% of the company’s shares by Sacyr Vallehermoso S.A.

CBOT Traders Celebrate End Of Record Year In A Shower Of Confetti
Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) members celebrated their fifth consecutive record-setting year at the close on the final day of trading for 2006. The new all-time annual volume record surpassed 804 million contracts traded. The Exchange exceeded the previous record set in 2005 of 674,651,393 contracts on November 3, 2006.

The Philadelphia Stock Exchange To Begin Trading Seven New Options On Wednesday, January 3
The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) announced today that it will begin to trade seven new options on January 3, 2007 that were previously set to begin on Thursday, December 28. CBOT Rings In New Year With Confetti Shower - CBOT Celebrates Fifth Consecutive Annual Volume Record
Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) members will once again celebrate a record-setting year on the final day of trading for 2006. In 2006, the CBOT set an all-time volume record, as the total surpassed 801 million contracts traded. The previous record, 674,651,393 contracts, was set in 2005.

SEC Supports Decision Of Securities Markets To Observe National Day Of Mourning For Former President Gerald R. Ford
The Securities and Exchange Commission strongly supports the markets' decision to honor the memory and historic contributions of former President Gerald R. Ford in observance of the national day of mourning. The decision that provides for closure of the equities markets and the early close of the bond markets on Jan. 2, 2007, was made by the markets in coordination with Commission staff.

NYBOT To Suspend Trading Tuesday, January 2 In Observance Of President Gerald Ford’s Passing
The New York Board of Trade® (NYBOT®), the world’s leading “soft” commodity exchange, announced today that the Exchange will suspend trading in all of its markets except the currencies, U.S. Dollar Index (USDX®) and FINEX® Euro Index on Tuesday, January 2nd to mark the passing of President Gerald Ford. NYBOT’s Currency markets will be open on Tuesday until 1 pm (NY Time). The Exchange will remain open for all other business.
