NYBOT To Introduce Colombian Peso/U.S. Dollar And Brazilian Real/U.S. Dollar Currency Futures Contracts
The New York Board of Trade® (NYBOT®) will launch its new Colombian peso/U.S. dollar (symbol CU) and Brazilian real/U.S. dollar (symbol BX) futures contracts on Friday, January 12, 2007. Bolsas Y Mercados Españoles To Be Included In The IBEX MEDIUM CAP® Index
The Technical Advisory Committee of the IBEX® Indices has decided to incorporate Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME) into the IBEX MEDIUM CAP® Index with effect from January 2, in accordance with the Technical Regulations for the Composition and Calculation of the IBEX® Indices.

CME Announces Market Hours Of Operation In Honor Of National Day Of Mourning For President Gerald R. Ford
CME, the world's largest and most diverse financial exchange, has announced that it will observe the passing of President Gerald R. Ford by closing all Commodity and Equity Index markets on Tuesday, January 2, 2007. Minneapolis Grain Exchange To Observe National Day Of Mourning For President Ford
The Minneapolis Grain Exchange announced today that it will be closed on Tuesday, January 2, in observance of the national day of mourning for President Gerald Ford. Electronic markets will be open from 6:30 p.m. on the 1st through 6:00 a.m. on the 2nd. Electronic markets will open again at 6:30 p.m. on the 2nd. Open outcry and electronic trading during the traditional day session (9:30 a.m. – 1:15 p.m.) on the 2nd will be closed.
