  • Shenzhen Stock Exchange Annual Assessment Of Information Disclosure: Percent Of Passes 97.5 For 2007 Annual Information Disclosure For SMEs

    SZSE has finished 2007 annual assessment on information disclosure for companies listed as SMEs and published the result through credit record of listed companies. The result indicated percent of pass to be 97.5. Performance of information disclosure for 24 companies accounting for 11.88 of total companies are satisfactory, 131 companies accounting for 64.85 above expectation, 42 companies representing 20.79 meet expectations while the remaining 5 companies are unsatisfactory.
