  • Luxembourg Stock Exchange Partners With China’s Agricultural Development Bank (ADBC) To Expand The Green Bond Market

    • The Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Agricultural Development Bank of China (ADBC), the second largest policy bank in China.
    • The purpose of the MoU is to set up an access scheme to display ADBC’s green, poverty alleviation and sustainability bonds on the Luxembourg Green Exchange (LGX) platform.
    • International investors will gain access to detailed information in English about Chinese green bonds issued by ADBC, traded on the Chinese Interbank Market (CIBM) and accessible through the Bond Connect scheme.

  • Moscow Exchange: The Additional Trading Session Starts Later For Derivatives On 1, 8, 14, 15, 22 And 26 February 2018

    Please note that the Derivatives Market evening trading session will begin five minutes later, i.e. at 7:05 pm MSK, on 1, 8, 14, 15, 22 and 26 February 2018, as these are the last trading days for options contracts (in accordance with clause 7.2 of the Rules of organized trading for the Moscow Exchange Derivatives Market).

  • Dalian Commodity Exchange Continuously Strengthens Regulatory Cooperation

    Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) has signed regulatory cooperation memorandums with all the 38 agencies of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), including 36 local bureaus and 2 commissioner offices of the CSRC. Over the years, DCE and the agencies of the CSRC have successfully investigated and cracked down on a number of violation cases through coordinated regulation and joint inspection. The typical violation cases in the futures market investigated and treated through the collaboration of DCE and the agencies of the CSRC included the case of price manipulation on Blockboard 1502 Contract, the case of fabricating and spreading false information about the egg futures and so on.

  • Shenzhen Stock Exchange Acquires The 2nd-Batch License Of National Securities Snd Futures Investor Education Base

    On 16th January 2018, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (“SZSE”) investor education website (investor.szse.cn) was recognized by China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”) as “the 2nd-batch National Securities and Futures Investor Education Base.” As a result, SZSE has become the only institute featuring national investor education bases both in physical form and on the Internet. This is the second time that SZSE has been authorized as a national investor education base, which is another achievement in investor education and protection.
