Tokyo Commodity Exchange: Regular Imposition Of Delivery Month Charge (Rubber Market)

Due to the significant price fluctuation in the current contract month of the rubber market since last December, TOCOM has decided to have participants deposit Delivery Month Charge from September 2017 contract.  Said charge will be applied from the 1st day of the month, and the amount will be equivalent to half the amount of Price Scan Range (PSR).
