UBS MTF Market Notice: Double Volume Cap Update

Dubai Financial Market (DFM) today announced that the rights issue of “Dubai Islamic Bank” is due to be tradable on the exchange between Wednesday, 16 May 2018 and 30 May 2018. Trading of the rights issue enables existing shareholders of the bank who do not wish to subscribe to the new shares, which the bank plans to issue as part of its capital increase, to sell all or part of their rights to other investors who do wish to subscribe. The rights issue is a financial instrument representing the rights that are legally granted to the company's shareholders to have priority in subscribing for the company's capital increase shares that will be issued.

SET Market Report For April 2018

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) Index at the end of April rose 1.5 percent from end-2017 and 0.2 percent from the previous month to 1,780.11 points, while the combined average daily trading value of SET and Market for Alternative Investment (mai) in April was THB 61.49 billion (USD 1.92 billion), a 53.2 percent year-on-year increase.
