FIA Announces Startups Selected For 2026 Innovators Pavilion At Expo

FIA today announced the startups chosen to exhibit in the 2026 Innovators Pavilion, FIA's annual showcase for fintech startups relevant to derivatives trading and clearing. The Pavilion takes place during FIA’s Futures and Options Expo, which brings together traders, brokers and other market professionals from a wide range of firms in the derivatives industry. The conference takes place 2-4 November in Chicago.

The EBA Extends Some Consultation Deadlines Due To Website Maintenance

On 21 October 2026, CERT-EU, the cybersecurity service for the EU institutions, bodies and agencies, alerted organisations to two critical security flaws in software used to run many websites, including that of the European Banking Authority (EBA). As a precaution, the EBA took its website offline on Wednesday 21 October 2026 at 13:00 CEST while the necessary security updates were applied. The website was restored on Thursday 22 October 2026 at 14:00 CEST.
