Commodity Futures Trading Commission Acting Chairman Caroline D. Pham today announced the Commission has approved a proposed order to grant a limited exemption necessary for the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. (CME) and the Fixed Income Clearing Corporation (FICC) to make their existing cross-margining arrangement available to certain customers with appropriate safeguards.

During November, the ETFs industry in the United States gathered net inflows of US$143.72 billion, bringing year-to-date net inflows to a record US$1.28 trillion, according to ETFGI's November 2025 US ETFs and ETPs industry landscape insights report, the monthly report which is part of an annual paid-for research subscription service.
