Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), the international financial centre of Abu Dhabi, and Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED) today announced a significant agreement on mutual licence recognition for dual licensing of eligible entities* established in ADGM’s jurisdiction. The agreement was signed by H.E Khalifa Salem G. Al Mansouri, Undersecretary, ADDED and Mr Dhaher bin Dhaher Al Mheiri, CEO of the Registration Authority of ADGM.

Dalian Commodity Exchange Signs Cooperation Memorandums With 8 Securities Regulatory Bureaus

On November 1, Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) and eight Securities Regulatory Bureaus signed regulatory cooperation memorandums on regulation in Dalian, Liaoning Province. It is learnt that signing the regulatory cooperation memorandums with DCE were the Securities Regulatory Bureaus of Tianjin, Anhui, Shandong, Hubei, Sichuan, Guangxi, Qingdao and Dalian. According to the agreements, DCE and the related dispatched offices will, in the principle of sharing of resources, complementation in functions and mutual support, carry out in-depth cooperation in information communication, inspection and enforcement, regulation for investor protection, market cultivation and service, studies and exchanges and other aspects.
