    Reference is made to the circular (Ref.: MO/DT/086/18) dated 4 May 2018, capital adjustments as a result of the Conversion of Capital Reserve into Shares will be made to the positions of Guangzhou Automobile Group Co. Ltd. (“GAC”) Futures Contracts which exist after the market close on 31 May 2018, i.e. the business day immediately before 1 June 2018.
