• Decrease of the total volume of trade in derivatives by 2.1% YoY to 657.7 thousand contracts in May 2018
• Increase of the value of issues of non-Treasury bonds listed on Catalyst by 27.7% YoY to PLN 80.7 billion
• Increase of the total volume of trade in electricity by 108% to 18.2 TWh in May 2018
• Increase of the total volume of transactions in gas by 46.9% YoY to 10.2 TWh
• Increase of the volume of spot trade in property rights to certificates of origin[2] by 33.5% to 10.7 TWh in May 2018

The Debentures are direct senior unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of TMX Group and rank pari passu with all other senior unsecured and unsubordinated indebtedness of TMX Group.
