In the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026 (from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026), JPX Group recorded operating revenue of ¥198,735 million (increased 22.5% from the same period of the previous fiscal year (i.e., year on year)), and operating expenses were ¥83,598 million (increased 11.4% year on year). As a result, JPX Group recorded operating income of ¥116,289 million (increased 29.0% year on year) and income before income tax of ¥116,918 million (increased 29.5% year on year).

Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) proposes to, for the introduction of market order and spread order, revise the Trading Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, the Options Trading Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, the Risk Management Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange and the Administration of Abnormal Trading Behaviors Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange pursuant to laws, regulations, and administrative rules including the Futures and Derivatives Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Regulation on the Administration of Futures Trading, and the Measures for the Administration of Futures Exchanges. SHFE hereby seeks public comments on the proposed revisions.
